Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3 business days after payment is successfully completed.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. If you place an order on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it will be processed Monday.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours after the shipment has been processed by the carrier.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Afro Goddess' Collection is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible so we can attempt to correct the issue before the order ships.
Delivery Issues
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our direct control. If a package is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier first while also notifying us so we can assist where possible.
30-Day Product Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products. All items purchased from Afro Goddess' Collection are covered by a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery.
If a product:

Does not meet reasonable quality standards
We may offer a repair or replacement at our discretion.
Warranty Claims
To submit a warranty claim, customers must contact us within 30 days of delivery.
We may request evidence of the issue, which may include:

A description of the issue
Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange for a replacement or repair where applicable.
